Why?

If you read my tag line, and my about me, then you know that the point of this blog is to document my journey from where I am now to where I want to be. I am writing about it because I want to keep myself honest.  My blog is going to be about not only my diet but also my exercise and my emotional well-being.  I think all of those things matter in being a healthy person.

{June 9, 2011 Edit} I wrote that ^^ when I first put my blog up.  I have slacked off pretty badly since starting.  I am trying to get back into the swing of things.  I also tend to write a bit more about stuff not relating to exercising and dieting.  I am going to try and keep this more about those things from now on.  Don't worry, I will still write about my life...but if you want all the good details, you are just going to have to talk to me in person! :)
